Walk-in vaccine available - March 3-6


  • No Appointment Necessary

  • Location: Vanderbilt Health at One Hundred Oaks (719 Thompson Lane)

  • When: Wednesday, March 3 through Saturday, March 6 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Who: MNPS Staff and Contractors

MNPS has partnered with Vanderbilt Medical Center to administer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccinations to MNPS employees.

Walk-in Details:

  • No Appointment Necessary

  • Bring MNPS Badge (Contractor or Employee) or other form of identification

  • PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: The vaccination site is located on the north end of One Hundred Oaks. Parking will be available in the large lot across from the Guitar Center. Please enter the building through the North employee entrance which will have signs identifying the entrance and VUMC staff to guide people to the vaccination site.

If you already have a My Health at Vanderbilt portal account, because you've seen a Vanderbilt provider at an MNPS Health Clinic or other Vanderbilt facility:

If you have been seen by a Vanderbilt provider (at Vanderbilt or an MNPS Clinic), but do not have an account:

If you have never been seen at VUMC or the MNPS Health Care Centers:

  • Call 1-888-312-0847 and press 1 to establish a record so you can create an MHAV account. The hotline is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Identify yourself as an MNPS employee and have your insurance information handy when you call.

  • Once you have established a record, Vanderbilt will send you an email invite to setup an account.

  • Please note that this WILL NOT delay your ability to schedule a vaccine appointment along with your fellow colleagues.

  • Scheduling opportunities will be based on a phase-in schedule and not on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If you experience any trouble, call the MNPS Health Care Center at 615-259-8755 for additional assistance. Calls are answered Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. and Saturday 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Or email benefits@mnps.org with your name and contact information to further assist.
