Follow these steps to schedule a COVID-19 vaccination appointment with Vanderbilt Health:
If you have a My Health at Vanderbilt (MHAV) patient portal account, log on to schedule your appointment.
If you don't hav a MHAV account and/or have not received notification from Vanderbilt to schedule your appointment, call the Vanderbilt COVID hotline at 1-888-312-0847 and press 1 to establish a record to create an MHAV account. Identify yourself as an MNPS employee or retiree. The hotline is open 7 days a week, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
