We assist a wide range of patients, from simple post-surgical concerns to multi-trauma with more extensive bone and soft tissue injuries, from acute to chronic injuries, and from single to multi-joint needs.
Our sessions are one-on-one using a variety of modalities. Each patient’s treatment plan is customized to his/her needs and goals, and most include a home exercise program that is adjusted as the patient progresses.
Our approach is to actively involve patients in their treatment plans to motivate them to successfully complete treatment and achieve their previous levels of function.
Physical therapy services are provided as medically necessary under the referral of a physician, nurse practitioner or other qualified provider.
